Title: Miniature Meat Balls & Sauce Recipe

4slDay-old bread; or more as required
2lbGround beef
1/2cMozzarella cheese; grated
1/2cRomano cheese; grated
2tbFresh parsley; chopped
1/2tsGarlic salt
1/2tsOregano; crushed
1tsSalt
1dsPepper
1 Recipe homemade spaghetti sauce,
  ; (included)
1 16 oz. jar store-bought spaghetti sauce
  Olive oil

Soak bread in water for 2 or 3 minutes, then squeee out moisture. Combine bread with remaining ingredients, except spaghetti sauce. Mix well. Form into about 40 small balls. Brown slowly at medium heat in olive oil or margarine. Add spaghetti sauce. Cook in sauce 30 minutes over low heat.
